XeelTech products are characterized by exceptional quality and safety. Our adaptive technologies and actuators are manufactured to the highest quality standards on high-volume series production lines at our production site in Upper Austria.

We guarantee the reliability and durability of our products through a wide range of test procedures, both during development and the manufacturing process. This is how we ensure that only products of the highest quality leave the factory.

Our series production is certified according to various internationally recognized standards.

  • IATF 16949 – Internationally certified automotive industry quality management standards
  • ISO 9001 – Internationally certified quality management system (QMS)
  • ISO 14001 – Internationally certified environmental management system

Test benches and procedures

In order to ensure optimum production quality and therefore maximum customer satisfaction, we carry out a variety of test procedures both during development and serial production.

At the heart of this is a 100% end-of-line test, which includes a comprehensive check of our products in terms of performance and processing.

Our standard test procedures include

  • Torque measurement (end-of-line)
  • Climate chamber (temperature and humidity)
  • Thermal and mechanical shock
  • Salt spray
  • Seal
  • Abrasion
  • Drop
  • Accelerated life testing

Additionally, we carry out tests in cooperation with long-term partners:

  • ESD, EMC
  • Vibration

As a joint venture, we can rely on the strong foundation of STIWA Group (50% share) and extensive expertise in high-tech automation solutions and series production.

XeelTech products are produced up to a volume of 1.5 million parts per year on STIWA Smart Automation series production lines, the most flexible, cost-efficient, and future-oriented automation solution available. For higher volumes, production can be seamlessly transferred to high-performance automation.
